Everyone is familiar with Mining Hoist Winch. Can the Mining Hoist Winch be used directly? Where do I need to install it? It is mainly used for ore handling and filling work in pits or open pits of metal mines and other mines. It can be used for horizontal haulage or for slopes with small dip angles. It cannot be used as lifting equipment.
Mining Hoist Winch is available in both temporary and long-term installations.
Temporary installation can be used to support the top column or steel rods for long-term installation. The depth of the foundation depends on the soil condition of the installation, at least 500mm. If the brake belt is reinstalled, it should be noted that when the handlebar is loosened, a proper clearance is left between the brake belt and the brake wheel to avoid overheating and excessive wear. After the installation is complete, check that the fixed connections are secure. Rotate the reel 2-3 turns by hand, and the cable can be driven without flexibility.
