With the continuous advancement of technology, more and more mechanization has been widely used in all walks of life. In particular, Dispatch Winch is widely used in coal mining surfaces as a means of installing and recycling various equipment and spare parts.
Dispatch Winch, also known as a slow winch, is used on the top of a coal mining face. Due to its low height and light weight, it is especially suitable for thin coal seams and coal seams with steeply inclined coal seams, as well as various coal mining faces to recover metal pillars that are buried in the bottom plate or buried by vermiculite.

(2) Whether the Dispatch Winch is installed firmly, and whether the pressure column and the mast are strong and firm;
(3) Whether the electrical equipment is stable and easy to operate;
(4) Whether the components, bolts, washers and protective devices of Dispatch Winch equipment are complete and firm, and whether the ordinary brakes are flexible;
(5) Whether the oil quality of the gearbox and the Dispatch Winch bearing are qualified, whether the oil quantity is sufficient, and whether the oil does not leak;
(6) Whether the wire rope is fixed on the drum, whether the rope is neat, and whether the broken wire area in one circle exceeds 10% of the total broken area of the original steel wire rope;
