The main feature of the Underground Mining Winch is that the frictional lifting method is particularly suitable for deep well lifting because the well is deeper, the rope is longer, and the wire rope is not stored on the drum, so the length of the rope is independent of the width of the friction wheel; the feature is to use multiple wire ropes instead. A wire rope is used for lifting and lowering, and a plurality of small-diameter wire ropes can be used to increase the large load, so that the diameter of the friction wheel can be made small, which can greatly reduce the size and weight of the elevator.
 
  First, the characteristics of the Underground Mining Winch
 
  Underground Mining Winch is the main lifting equipment for the mine. It is responsible for the upgrading and transportation of mine coal, meteorites, personnel, various materials and equipment, and plays an important role in the upgrading of Chinese mines. There are currently more than 1,700 friction wheeled cranes in operation. The advantages of Underground Mining Winch are as follows:
 
  (1) The lifting container and the load are shared by a plurality of steel wire ropes. Compared with the single rope winding type lifting device, the diameter of the lifting wire rope is small, the diameter of the main wheel and the size of the whole machine are correspondingly reduced, and the equipment quality is light. It is suitable for the upgrading of large-scale equipment in deep wells to meet the increasing scale and deepening demand of the mine.
 
  (2) Since the lifting container is suspended on a plurality of steel wire ropes at the same time, these steel wire ropes are generally not pulled at the same time (the wire rope sliding phenomenon occurs when the pulling force is too large), so the fall arrester may not be provided.
 
  (3) Multi-rope friction type lifting system is generally balanced lifting system, the main wheel diameter is small, the system inertia and torque are small, and the motor power and power consumption are small.
 
  (4) The number of hoisting ropes is generally uniform, and the left and right squats are half down, which can offset the loose torque when the wire rope is running, reduce the running resistance of the lifting container to the fuel tank, and prolong the service life.
 

  (5) When the tower is used for lifting, the friction wheel hoist is installed on the derrick tower, which reduces the floor space of the hoist.
