The plug-in hook head uses the frictional force between the strands after the Mining Hoist Winch is inserted to bear the lifting load, and is also composed of a rope guard ring, a chain and a plug-in buckle. Its safety is good, it is easy to make, and it has many uses. However, the quality of the plug must be guaranteed. The length of the plug should be no less than 4 to 5 twist lengths, and the rope guard ring should be intact and not fall off. Each shift should be inspected for broken wires, abrasion, corrosion and deformation.
The sliding head type hook head is a connection device which injects the loosening rope head with hooks of Mining Hoist Winch into the body of the sliding head with tungsten gold, and is often used for the lifting of the main inclined shaft. Its safety is good, the life of the winch operator is long, but the production process is more complicated, so the small winch is less used, and it is mostly used for the surface wellhead lifting of the main inclined shaft. Hook head tungsten gold infusion process quality must be strictly guaranteed, otherwise the wire rope head pullout accident will occur. The key to ensuring quality is to strictly degrease the inner wall of the slider and the wire of the rope head, and to reliably coat the surface with a tin layer, so as to ensure that the tungsten alloy is closely connected to the inner wall of the slider and the wire head after the pouring of tungsten, preventing the occurrence of the extraction .
