(1) Check whether the Double Drum Hoist Winch brake has no cracks, whether the wear exceeds the limit (should have a thickness of not less than 3mm), and whether the tie rod bolt, fork, brake lever, pin, etc. are damaged or deformed. Tighten the nut. Whether it is loose or not should be adjusted and dealt with.
(2) Check whether the Double Drum Hoist Winch brake lever and the lever system are flexible. After the brake is applied, the brake lever cannot reach the horizontal position, and it should be slightly upwards than the horizontal position.
(3) Check whether the top and sill pillars of Double Drum Hoist Winch are firm, whether the foundation bolts or anchors are loose, and whether there are cracks in the base. Problems should be dealt with in a timely manner.
(4) Check whether the Double Drum Hoist Winch motor starts normally at no load, whether the grounding is good, and whether the electrical equipment such as the starter meets the requirements of explosion protection and integrity.
(5) Check whether the temperature of Double Drum Hoist Winch bearings and motors, switches, cables, brake bands, etc. is too high. If problems are found, the cause should be found out and measures should be taken to deal with them.
(6) Wipe the Double Drum Hoist Winch frequently to remove floating dust and debris, and keep the surrounding environment clean.
