2. Check whether the oil quality of each lubricating part is qualified, whether the amount of oil is sufficient, and whether there is oil leakage.
3. Check whether the working brake and safety brake of the braking system are flexible and reliable, and whether the clearance, stroke and wear meet the requirements.
4. Check whether the operation of various safety protection devices is accurate and reliable.
5.Check whether the sound signals of various instruments and lights are clear and accurate;
6. Check whether the temperature of the main motor meets the requirements.
Underground Mining Scraper Winch Transportation Safety Regulations
Underground Mining Scraper Winch used in transportation must meet the following requirements:
1. Underground Mining Scraper Winch must be checked in detail before each shift, and it must not be used until the problem is found to be solved;
2 、 Underground Mining Scraper Winch should have a dual braking device, which should be able to act independently or simultaneously, to ensure the safe braking of Underground Mining Scraper Winch.
3. When the power is off, the material lifted by Underground Mining Scraper Winch should be slowly lowered to the bottom of the inclined shaft (or slope), and it is prohibited to suspend the material on the half slope;
4. The wire rope used should be checked once a day.
5. There should be clear signals for lifting transportation. The driver should perform the operation after hearing the signal clearly. The driver should be assigned a special person. Generally, the driver should be trained after the operation. Non-drivers are not allowed to perform the lifting operation.
