Tuning of the shaft sinking winch
After the shaft sinking winch is installed, it must be checked and adjusted.
1. For open gear transmission, the tooth side clearance is 0.42 mm, the contact area along the tooth height is not less than 40%, and the extended tooth length is not less than 50%.
2. Check whether the transmission system of the working brake is flexible and reliable, and adjust the gap of the shaft sinking winch between the brake shoe and the brake wheel when the brake is released is not greater than 0.7-0.8mm.
3. Check whether the transmission system of the shaft sinking winch's safety brake is flexible and reliable, and adjust the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel when the brake is released is not more than 1.5mm.
4. Check whether the control electrical appliances of the working brake and the safety brake are interlocked with the main motor, that is, start the working brake of the main motor to release the brake, stop the main motor and the working brake will brake, and the main motor can only be started when the safety brake is released.
