JD series Dispatch Winches/Double Drum Hoist Winches must be inspected and run dry before installation.
JD series dispatching winches are generally divided into two ways: permanent installation and temporary installation.
When the JD Mining Hoist Winch is permanently installed in the roadway, Winch should be installed according to the basic drawing of the Double Drum Hoist Winch in the manual.
When the dispatch winch is used for temporary use under the mine, it should be fixed on the sleepers of the roadway. After it is firmly fixed, it will be supported by 4 wooden mounts. The upper ends of the front 2 wooden piles should be inclined forward.
