Mainly used for horizontal raking and can also be used for slope raking with small inclination angles, and cannot be used as lifting equipment. The driver can operate by hand next to the winch, or use a button to control the distance several meters or even tens of meters away from the underground mining winch.

A. Before use scraper winch, carefully read the "User Manual";
B. The length of the steel wire rope should be such that when the scraper is at the end position, the steel wire rope left on the drum should not be less than 3 turns;
C. The protective cover of the underground mining winch, such as the sealing device, should be kept intact to prevent sand and mineral particles from entering the machine and accelerating the wear of the components;
D. After the motor is started, it is strictly prohibited to press both control handles simultaneously;
E. Regularly check the lubrication parts, and if there is any oil leakage or shortage, repair and replenish them in a timely manner;
F. When the mine winch operates normally for 1300-1600 hours, it should be repaired once;
G. The steel wire rope wrapped around the drum groove cannot exceed the wheel flange.
H. The scraper winch has been lubricated before leaving the factory and does not need to be refilled before use. After 120 hours of normal operation, the lubricating oil should be replaced once.
