2. During the operation of the underground mining winch, if you want to temporarily stop the winch, you should release the brake band of the winch clutch and tighten the brake band on the drum. If you need to adjust the position of the heavy object, you only need to alternately lift or press the left and right brake handles to stop the drum from rotating;

4. If the parking time is long, the electric motor should be turned off. At this time, the steel wire rope is in a tensioned state. To prevent it from slipping downwards, the brake band on the drum must be firmly braked, and the driver must not leave the winch;

5. When the heavy object reel is lowered in reverse, the clutch brake band should be released and the brake band on the reel should be relaxed. The reel should then reverse normally under the heavy object drive, and the lowering speed can be controlled by the braking degree of the brake band on the reel. If the control device is reversible, the electric motor can be reversed when the heavy object is lowered. At this time, the reel should be braked first, the clutch brake band should be released, and the brake should be put into operation, Then release the brake band on the drum, and the drum will operate normally under electric and driving conditions.

If the scheduling mining hoist winch stops operating for a long time after the scheduled completion of the task, the brake band should be left in a loose state, the power should be cut off, the switch should be closed, the accumulated dust on the winch and motor should be removed, and the processing surface should be coated with protective oil to prevent rust and corrosion.
