Shandong China Coal Mining Winch Co., Ltd. explains the operating procedures of the scraper winch to you:
① Clean the obstacles around the upper and lower sides of the scraper winch body, inspect the top and support, and knock the top.
② Check whether the mining scraper winch is stable, whether all screws are loose, and whether there is any dripping on the body and switch.
③ Check the electrical circuits and ensure that the switches are complete and intact.
④ Check whether the brake part is flexible and reliable, and whether the body bolts are tightened.
⑤ Check if there are any obstacles in the rake transportation channel, the connection between the steel wire rope and the rake bucket, whether the pulley suspension bolts and the installation of the rake bucket are tight, and whether the pulley is flexible and securely hung. Is there any twisting or breakage of the steel wire rope.
⑥ And rotate the rotating part 2-3 times by hand, with flexibility and no jamming before driving. Run the vehicle empty for 1 minute to understand the operation of the equipment.
① After the empty car runs normally, slowly start the winch. Lift two brake levers with both hands, power on and run in air. After sending a signal, the rake can be started when there are no people or debris in the rake track. It is strictly prohibited to rake large blocks, iron objects, explosives, etc. into the rake track.
② Before pulling the rake bucket, release the brake lever on the side away from the motor and press down on the brake lever on the side close to the motor. The operation of the rake bucket when it is backward is opposite to when it is pulled forward. Whether pulling forward or backward, it is strictly prohibited to press both brake levers simultaneously, otherwise it will damage the pulley support, pulley, and steel rope.
③ During the operation of the mining scraper winch, personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the winch to work inside the dam. If an emergency brake signal is heard or seen during the operation of the winch, the brake should be immediately released and stopped.
④ The size of ore blocks should generally not exceed 300 millimeters. If the ore blocks exceed 300 millimeters, they should be treated before being raked. If the resistance of raking is high, the rake bucket can be moved back 1-2 meters, and then raked again. Do not pull hard. If the gangue is too large or the rake is uneven, the large blocks should be crushed or the rake should be repaired. It is strictly prohibited to use a scraper to impact and break large pieces of gangue.
⑤ During operation underground mining scraper winch , the handbrake should be tightened while retracting the rope, and both handbrakes should not be tightened simultaneously to prevent accidents.
⑥ When releasing the steel wire rope, at least three turns of the steel wire rope should be left on the drum, and it is strictly prohibited to completely release it.
⑦ During operation, attention should be paid to whether the sound of the winch is abnormal, and overloading operation is prohibited.
⑧ If there is a phenomenon of wire rope breakage or pulley compression during operation, and the wire rope or pulley needs to be replaced, first cut off the power lock switch and hang a warning sign saying "No power supply allowed.".
① When underground mining scraper winch parking, power should be cut off, equipment should be cleaned, records should be filled out, tools should be kept properly, and shift handover should be carried out according to regulations.
② Strictly follow the operating procedures and regularly check the temperature of bearings and motors, as well as the bearings and electrical components The mining scraper winch temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
