1. The main console uses the FX2N PLC as the main control device. It is designed and manufactured in full accordance with the electromagnetic compatibility standards of GB / T17626.
2. Since the control system is controlled by the PLC, the locking control of the main belt conveyor and the front and rear equipment can be easily realized.
3. The main control station detects the conveyor speed in real time, controls the zero speed brake of the conveyor, and automatically brakes to avoid the conveyor rolling, the inverter and the motor overcurrent.
4. Using the frequency converter to complete the motor start speed regulation, the smooth start and speed regulation requirements of the belt conveyor can be realized, and it is in the long-term low-speed operation state (such as transporter, rope detection, tape inspection), which has obvious energy-saving effect.
5. The inverter can realize automatic data exchange through the network platform, automatically adjust the operating parameters, realize the dynamic tracking of the master-slave motor, and ensure the power balance of multiple motors.
6. The system has fault monitoring and reliable fault alarm protection. It has various protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, short circuit, grounding and overheating.
7. Has low speed tape detection. The tape speed can be adjusted from 0.2 m / s to VE.
