After the empty scraper winch starts to work normally, please start slowly. Raise the two brake levers with both hands: gearbox and air mode. After sending the signal, you can start when there is no one on the railway and no garbage. It is strictly forbidden to break large rakes, metal objects, explosives, etc. into rakes.
Before pulling the scraper winch, release the brake lever on the engine side, and then press the brake lever on the engine side. The backward stroke of the bucket harrow is opposite to the forward stroke. Regardless of the forward or backward thrust, it is strictly forbidden to press down the two brake levers at the same time, otherwise it will damage the pulley bracket, pulley and cable.
When the electric winch is running, it is strictly forbidden to enter the winch and work on the winch head. If you hear or hear an emergency brake signal while the winch is running, release and stop the brake immediately.
Generally, the degree of harrowing of the ore should not exceed 300 mm. If the ore rake exceeds 300 mm, it should be treated before the rake. If the resistance of the rake is high, you can reinforce the rake bucket by 1-2 m, and then use the rake. It doesn’t have to be so. If the driveway is too large or the rakes are uneven, the large pieces should be broken or the rakes should be cut off. It is strictly forbidden to crush large stems with a scraper.
During the operation, please tighten the handbrake cable at the same time. Do not use two handbrakes at the same time to avoid accidents.
When installing the wire rope, please slide the wire rope onto the drum at least three times, and never put all the wire rope down completely.
When working, please pay attention to whether the sound of the winch is abnormal and do not overload it.
If the scraper winch cable breaks or the pulley breaks during operation, when you need to replace the cable or pulley, please turn off the power interlock first, and then hang the words "someone is working".
