2. Remove the dust on the motor and various parts of the car, and the processed surface should be treated with rust and corrosion protection.
3. Transferring shifts: The abnormalities in this class must be clearly transferred to the next shift.
8. Maintenance and repair
1. The winch should pay attention to daily maintenance and maintenance. The wire rope should be removed every 1-2 months, the oil plug should be opened, and half a kilogram of grease should be injected into the drum with a grease gun. Then remove the connecting screws of the retaining plate and the large inner gear ring, and inject a certain amount of grease through the screw holes.
2. After the overhauled winch has been in operation for three months, the grease in the drum must be replaced; if it is left unused for a long time, its exposed part should be treated with rust prevention.
3. The winch should be arranged for minor repairs and major repairs according to the actual use: a minor repair is arranged according to the actual operation of 300 hours, and the content of the minor repair is to repair the exterior parts such as the brake device to eliminate the accidents caused by them. It is also possible to swap the left and right brake devices for use, to add oil to the bearing in the bearing bracket, to replace the sealing felt ring, etc. General minor repairs can be carried out on site.
4. The overhaul period is 1800 hours. The content is to disassemble all parts, check the degree of wear after cleaning, replace or repair worn parts, replace lubricating oil everywhere, and restore the working capacity of the winch. After the overhaul, the paint must be renewed in trial operation, and the overhaul should be carried out in the machine repair shop.
5, when maintenance is often necessary to replace parts: ⑴ asbestos brake lining wear should be replaced 2mm, also update the corresponding rivet; ⑵ gear strict total wear affect the normal operation of the winch, when to replace; ⑶ after rolling ball bearings If there are metal peeling spots, or abnormal noise and abnormal temperature rise during operation due to bearing wear, replace it
