1. Frequently observe the wear of the wheel lining, and replace the wheel lining rope groove in time after the fixed twisted bolt is worn.
2. Use grease for the lubricating oil with excessive temperature rise of the shaft bearing. Add oil at least once a week. When the temperature is over 70°C, stop immediately to find out the cause and check its wear. If you find that the wear is too fast or there is abnormal sound, you should Find out the cause and repair or replace it.
3. The lubricating oil for reducer or gearbox is recommended to use lubricating oil with viscosity E50=11 degrees (N460). The oil level of the reducer or gearbox must be checked frequently. If the oil is insufficient, it should be refilled at any time. Replace with new oil according to the lubricating oil's luster, viscosity and impurities. It is recommended to change the oil every 3 to 6 months.
4. Open gears can add oil or butter from the gear cover to keep their lubrication in good condition. It is recommended to add oil once a week.
5. The brake shoe in the working brake should be replaced in time after it is worn out. If the brake gap is too large or too small, you can rotate the nut to adjust it anyway, and the brake asbestos belt should be replaced immediately after it is worn.
6. The machine room should be kept clean and tidy. The entire winch should be kept clean and free of dust and dirt. The metal surface that is easily corroded should be kept intact with paint.
