1. Problems to be paid attention to in the inspection and maintenance of the gear drive winch (1) The bolts, rivets, pins and other connecting parts of various parts should be checked for looseness or falling off, especially the bearing seat bolts and anchor bolts. If Tighten the loose parts in time, and make up for the missing parts immediately. (2) Regularly check the wear and tear of the reduction gear box, whether there are cracks, broken teeth and other damage. (3) Frequently check the operating conditions of the lubricating oil pump, the smooth and quantitative conditions of the lubricating parts, whether the oil ring is rotating, and the oil temperature is normal. If it is abnormal, adjust and replace it in time. (4) Regularly check the flexible and normal conditions of the brake wheels, brake discs, brake shoes, transmission mechanism, hydraulic station, etc. of the brake system, and whether the gap between the brake blocks and the brake disc or brake wheels can meet the requirements. Whether the action of the brake is normal or not, the brake operating handle is in the braking condition, whether the brake counterweight is cushioned by foreign matter, and whether the disc spring of the disc brake is invalid, otherwise it must be dealt with and adjusted in time. (5) Check the transmission condition of the depth indicator screw and nut, test the deceleration alarm and the over-winding protection switch. If there is any malfunction, adjust and tighten it. (6) Check whether the contact contacts of the master controller, electromagnet contactor, relay signal device, etc. are burnt out. If so, the contacts must be repaired or replaced in time. (7) Check whether the steel wire rope is wound neatly on the drum, whether the rope head is firmly fixed or not, and check the records of wire rope breakage and wear. (8) Check the looseness, deformation and missing parts of the coupling, check the axial displacement and clearance of the coupling, whether the radial displacement and end face inclination can meet the requirements, replace the damaged elastic rubber ring, and the repair has fallen off Fasteners such as pins, nuts, washers, etc.
2. Problems to be paid attention to in the inspection and maintenance of explosion-proof hydraulic winches (1) Check that the bolts, pins, nuts and other connecting parts of the drawworks are loose and fall off, and maintenance and treatment of problems; (2) Check the disc system when the load is not lifted The moving brake is released uniformly to ensure that the gap is basically the same and not greater than the specified value; check the normal operation of the pedal emergency brake switch; (3) check the normal working condition, vibration and noise of the axial piston oil pump and the vane oil pump Condition, when you slightly pull the handle in the positive and negative directions, see if it can realize the positive and negative rotation of the winch drum; (4) Regularly clean the oil pool and filter. There should be no solid free matter in the oil pool. A large number of bubbles should be vented in time; (5) Check the transmission condition of the depth indicator screw nut, test the over-winding protection switch; (6) Check whether the pipeline valve group, pipe joints, etc. leak oil, if not qualified, promptly Tighten and handle; check whether there are any abnormalities in the indicating instruments on the console, test the flexible and accurate conditions of the operation buttons and switches, and check the electrical control switches and contact burns. If they are unqualified, they should be replaced immediately.
