Because the mine winch needs to be lubricated during use, careless operation will cause grease to fall between the brake band and the drum, which will reduce the friction. Resulting in the failure of the mine winch brake; Solution: Clean and dry the contact surface.
3. The contact area between the brake belt of the winch mining and the brake wheel is too small. If the brake belt is deformed, foreign objects fall into it, etc., it will cause the brake failure of the winch mining. The mine safety operation regulations stipulate that the winch mining brake belt and the brake wheel The contact area cannot be less than 80%, Solution: Adjust the contact area not to be less than 80%
4. Normal wear and tear of the brake belt, long-term braking will cause wear of the brake belt of the winch. When the brake belt of the winch is worn to a certain degree, the distance between the brake belt and the drum will become larger and larger. When dispatching the brake stroke of the drawworks When it reaches the maximum, the contact strength between the brake pad and the drum is not enough, which causes the brake failure of the winch.
