1. Host start operation The brake system must be turned on before the two-speed winch server is working normally. After the brake system is turned on, restart the main motor and run the winch motor. Press the winch forward/turn, the relay is plugged in, the brake is opened, and the winch starts to run.
2. Stop working operation First press the winch motor termination button, the two-speed winch motor will stop; then press the general termination button, the motor will stop, and the safety brake will hold the brake. Note: Be sure to stop the server first, then you can stop the total stop!
3. Emergency braking operation In an emergency, immediately press the two-speed winch main stop button, and the electric locomotive will immediately brake the system and park! Note: This operation is an emergency operation, which is only allowed to be used in emergency situations!
4. Emergency operation The electric hydraulic pump of the two-speed winch is equipped with an emergency module, that is, in an emergency (power failure), a manual pump can also be used to apply pressure to open the emergency brake. Reminder: The throttle valve must be closed first, and the overflow valve must be closed first, and then pressurize the operation, otherwise the working pressure cannot be created.
