1. Start the motor of the double drum hoist winch first, and then the transmission gear starts to run. Before starting, the brake belt on the reel should be braked first, and the brake lever on the large gear should be released, so that the reel does not rotate, only the large internal gear rotates.
2. If you want to start the reel, you must first completely loosen the brake belt on the reel, and then brake the brake belt on the large internal gear. At this time, the drum is rotated and the wire rope is wound, and the winch works safely.
3. In the process of starting the double drum hoist winch, if you want to make the starting winch stop running, you can loosen the brake belt of the large internal gear, and then brake the brake belt on the drum.
4. When driving an electric vehicle, the two brakes cannot be braked at the same time, otherwise it will easily cause the motor to burn out.
5. The temperature of the drum brake belt and bearing of the pneumatic winch should not exceed 70 ℃. If the temperature rises sharply, it must be stopped immediately for inspection.
6. In order to prevent the intrusion of dust and the overflow of lubricating oil, the sealing device of the pneumatic double drum hoist winch must be intact.
