1. Facility requirements:The mine winch needs to use ground anchors and pour the foundation to root firmly. If the bottom plate is coal, the four pressure and two supports need to be complete and effective; Each inclined lane is equipped with 2 car arresters and 2 suspension stops, respectively arranged at the upper and lower entrances of the mountain.Each upper and lower entrance of the mountain is equipped with 2 sets of interlocking sound and light signals;
2.A distance of at least 500mm is required between the track and the winch; A width of 700mm should be left between the track and the pedestrian side (for locally stacked materials that are not sufficient for this distance, the length should not exceed 5m).The shaft sinking winch needs to be installed according to regulations. Before using the winch, it can only be used after passing the on-site inspection by the relevant department.
3. The model and rope diameter of the underground mining winch need to be matched, and the installation direction should be correct without entanglement or other situations.
4. The small shaft sinking winch pressure column needs to be complete. The elevation angle of the front two pressure columns is 75 °, and the back two pressure columns are perpendicular to the bottom plate of the tunnel. The top of the pressure columns should have a column nest of about 100mm and be firmly pressed.
5. A base needs to be installed for the small underground mining winch. If the foundation of the winch is in a coal seam, it needs to be reinforced with concrete or compressed with columns. If it is in a stable rock, it can be fixed with ground anchors. Each mine winch is required to have no less than 3 ground anchors, with a specification of ± 20 × 2400mm and 2 resin coils per eye.
