1. Check if there is any abnormality at the top of the dispatching winch, and if the winch is firm. Remove the messy foreign objects for easy viewing.
2. Check the brake and the working brake of the winch. The brake belt must be complete without cracks. The residual thickness should not be less than 3ITlIn. The copper or aluminum rivet should not be ground. The surface of the brake wheel should be smooth and flat, without obvious groove marks and no sludge. Aafter the brakes are applied, the position of the brakes should be above the horizontal line, and the working stroke of the integrated block brake brakes should not exceed the full stroke.
3. Inspection of steel wire rope:
The diameter meets the requirements. The broken wire does not exceed the limit. It should be arranged neatly on the drum, without serious biting and climbing rope. Safety rope diameter should be the same as the diameter of the main rope, and are firmly attached. Rope end connecting means should comply with the "coal mine safety rules". Winch rope guard plate should be reliable.
4. When the empty car starts, there should be no abnormal noise and vibration, no oil smashing phenomenon.
