1. Scraper Winch reducer gear meshing condition, adjust gear meshing clearance or replace gear;
2. The parts of the Scraper Winch must be replaced to clean the parts of the lubrication system;
3. Replace the Scraper Winch brake shoe, turn it slightly, check the correct operation reliability of the brake system, and adjust the braking torque and the secondary braking time appropriately;
4. Is the Scraper Winch coupling loose or worn;
5. Investigate the Scraper Winch insurance brake system and mechanical protection device and check the operation of the brake system;
6. Remove and repair the Scraper Winch brake system and replace the brake shoes if necessary.
After the Scraper Winch weekly inspection and monthly inspection, the inspection and processing results must be filled in the inspection log by the full-time maintenance personnel for reference or for reference during the next inspection.
