Dispatch winch
Dispatching winch is a kind of winch used for dispatching vehicles. It is often used in underground mining areas, coal bunkers and loading station dispatch rooms, traction mine cars, and other auxiliary traction operations.
Working conditionsedit
1. Ambient temperature -10～40℃
2. The relative humidity of the environment does not exceed 95% (25℃)
3. The altitude is below 2000m.
3. The methane, coal dust, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide in the surrounding air shall not exceed the safe content specified in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".
The working mechanism of the winch is a drum winding type, and the transmission type is planetary gear transmission.

General requirements for winch operation
1. The winch driver must be trained and certified to work after passing the examination.
2. The winch driver must be proficient in the "structure, performance and basic principles" of the winch, so as to "be able to use, maintain, maintain, and deal with general failures".
3. The winch driver must be familiar with the basic information such as the length of the inclined lane, the slope, the variable slope section, the intermediate horizontal yard, the track condition, the configuration of the safety facilities, the signal contact information, and the number of required tractors.
4. The winch driver must strictly implement the regulations of "no pedestrians and pedestrians".
5. The dispatching winch driver must drive strictly according to the signal instructions, and must not drive if the signal is unclear. Signal regulations: (1) Stop at one o'clock; (2) Pull the car at two o'clock; (3) Release the car at three o'clock; (4) Pull slowly at four o'clock; (5) Pull the car slowly at five o'clock.
