2. To start the reel, the brake device on the reel must be completely released, and the brake band on the large inner gear ring must be braked at the same time. At this time, due to the action of the planetary gear system, the ring drum begins to rotate and wind the wire rope to work .
3. During the operation of the winch, if you want to stop the winch temporarily, you should loosen the brake band on the large ring gear and brake the drum. In the case of micro-range scheduling of the load position, it is only necessary to alternately lift up or down the left and right brake levers, so that the reel will stop when it rotates.
4. If the parking time is long, the motor should be turned off. At this time, if the wire rope is in a tensioned state, the brake device on the drum must be firmly braked in order to prevent the heavy object from falling to the next time.
5. When a heavy object is placed down and the reel is reversed: loosen the brake device of the reel and at the same time release the brake on the large inner gear ring. At this time, the reel is normally reversed under the drag of the weight of the heavy object. The lowering speed is controlled by the tightness of the brake band to the drum. If the operating appliance is a reversible type: the lowering of the heavy objects can be realized by the motor reverse rotation. At this time: the drum should be braked, the brake of the large internal gear ring should be released, and the winch should be in dry running state, then the drum should be released and the brake band of the large internal gear should be braked. The drum is in the motor Reverse under drive. There is no possibility of overspeed.
6. The copper or stop speed during the reel period must be gradually increased or decreased, and sudden driving, listening and drinking are not allowed to prevent damage to the parts. When the motor is running: it is strictly forbidden to brake at the same time with two brake devices, to prevent the motor from burning out and the internal damage of the main engine, or causing other accidents.
