Inspection work before hoist operation
1. Check whether the bolts at each joint are loose and whether the pin shaft is loose.
2. Check whether the oil quality of each lubrication part is qualified, whether the oil quantity is sufficient, and whether there is oil leakage.
3. Check whether the working brake and safety gate of the brake system are flexible and reliable, and whether the clearance, stroke and wear meet the requirements.
4. Check whether the actions of various safety protection devices are accurate and reliable.
5. Check whether the sound signals of various instruments and lights are clear and accurate;
6. Check whether the temperature of the main motor meets the regulations.
The winch used in transportation must meet the following requirements:
1. The winch shall be inspected in detail before each shift, and shall not be used until the problem is found to be solved;
2. The winch should be equipped with dual braking devices, which should be able to act independently or simultaneously to ensure the safe braking of the winch.
3. When there is a power failure, the materials lifted by the winch should be slowly lowered to the bottom of the inclined shaft (or slope), and it is forbidden to hang the materials on the half slope;
4. The steel wire rope used should be checked once a day.
5. There should be a clear signal for lifting transportation. The driver should hear the signal and perform the operation. The driver should be assigned a special person. Generally, the driver can only be the driver after operating training. Non-drivers are not allowed to perform lifting operations.
