Lubrication method of shaft sinking winch
1. The reducer of the shaft sinking winch is lubricated with HL-20 gear oil or HG-24 saturated cylinder oil in winter, and the oil surface should ensure that the worm is fully immersed in the oil. The reducer of the shaft sinking winch is used once a year to change the oil.
2. The main shaft bearing of the shaft sinking winch and the bearing at the output shaft end of the reducer should be regularly replaced or supplemented with No. 4 calcium-based grease, and the oil should be changed every two years.
3. Lubricating oil should be added to the open gear before each drive.
4. The other parts that need to be lubricated should be lubricated before each start-up, especially the thrust ring between the two gears on the output shaft of the reducer of the shaft sinking winch and the shaft sleeve of the movable gear should be lubricated with lubricating oil.
