Double Drum Hoist Winchs are the main force in mining work. We should pay more attention to its maintenance when using winches. As a Double Drum Hoist Winch, lubrication work is indispensable. Now I will briefly introduce how to lubricate and maintain the mining hoisting winch.
Timely and adequate lubrication is a prerequisite to ensure safe operation of mining hoisting Dispatch Winch and prolong service life.
The normal operation of the disc brake of the Dispatch Winch directly affects the safe production of the mine. For this reason, before using the disc brake, understand the performance of the disc brake and the possible faults and troubleshooting methods in use. At the same time, strengthen the hydraulic oil. The selection and correct use, hydraulic oil filtration and other aspects of management are important to improve the safety of the Dispatch Winch's braking system.
1. The quality of the lubricating oil meets the requirements and cannot be mixed with impurities such as dust, dirt and water.
2. The remaining transmission parts are injected into the drum body with gear oil or cylinder oil, and the oil filling amount is 20 kg, and the oil amount of the motor rotor bearing shall not exceed two-thirds of the bearing chamber volume.
3. When refueling, carefully remove the dust and dirt in the oil hole, and do not let it enter the inside of the component with the oil. After the oil filling, the oil plug should be tightened.
4. Underground Mining Winchs have high versatility, compact structure, small size, light weight, heavy lifting, and convenient use and transfer, and are widely used in construction, water conservancy projects, etc.
5. For new or overhauled Underground Mining Winchs, after 8-10 days of operation, replace the lubricating oil to remove the metal particles and fines that have been ground off during the transmission process of the parts and prevent aggravating the wear of the parts.
6. Under normal circumstances, change the oil for the Double Drum Hoist Winch every three months. The temperature of the lubricating oil during operation shall not exceed 80°C.
