1. General Gear Drive Mine Winch Daily Inspection And Maintenance
(1) often check the bolts, rivets, pins and other connecting parts are loose or fall off, especially on the bearing seat bolts and ground bolts pay special attention to check, loose should be tightened in a timely manner, fall off pieces should be made up in a timely manner.
(2) Regularly check the gear mesh of the gearbox, check whether the gears are tampering, whether the wear of the teeth is over the limit, whether there is any serious damage such as cracks, broken teeth; whether the amount of oil in the oil tank is enough, whether there is deterioration of the oil and sediments and so on.
(3) often check whether the lubricating oil pump is running normally, whether the oil flow of each lubrication part is smooth and quantitative, whether the oil ring is rotating, whether the oil temperature is normal, otherwise it should be adjusted and replaced in time.
(4) Regularly check whether the brake system brake wheel, brake disc, brake tile, transmission mechanism, hydraulic station, etc. work is flexible and normal, whether the gap between the brake block and brake disc (or brake wheel) is in accordance with the provisions of the insurance brake action is normal, whether the brake operating handle in the application of the library is still 1/4 of the full stroke of the reserve travel, whether the brake brake counterweight hammer is padded by foreign objects, disc brake disc spring failure, otherwise Timely processing and adjustment.
(1) carefully check the winch mining bolts, pins, nuts and other connectors whether there is loose, fall off phenomenon, found that the problem is dealt with in a timely manner.
(2)Check the evenness of disc brake release when there is no lifting load, ensure that the gap is basically the same, and does not exceed the specified value; check whether the test foot emergency brake off action is normal.
(3)Check whether the axial piston oil pump and vane oil pump work normally, there is no vibration and noise, when the positive and negative directions of tiny trigger handle, to see whether it can realize the winch mining drum positive and negative rotation.
(4) check the oil level in the oil tank to indicate whether to reach the prescribed position (or mark), the oil temperature is in line with the prescribed requirements, check the cooler over the cooling water is sufficient and smooth.
(1) check all parts of the bolts, pins, nuts, washers, etc., if loose, fall off, should be tightened in time and make up.
(2) Check whether the signal is clear and bright, otherwise it should be repaired or replaced.
(3) Check whether the underground mining winch drum is damaged or broken, whether the wire rope head is fixed firmly, whether the bearing has oil leakage, whether the wire rope is arranged neatly, any problem should be dealt with in time.
(4) Check the gate belt for cracks, wear and tear over the limit (should be left not less than 3mm thickness), tie bolts, fork head, gate handle, pins, etc. for damage or deformation, whether the back tightening nut is loose, any problem should be adjusted and dealt with.
