1. Timely and sufficient lubrication is a prerequisite for ensuring the safe operation of the double drum hoist winch and extending its service life.
2. The lubricating oil quality must meet the requirements and must not be mixed with impurities such as dust, dirt, and water.
3. The 42226 single row radial short column roller bearings on the motor end cover and the 228 ball bearings on the low-speed shaft are lubricated with grade III calcium based grease
4. Lubricate the sliding bearings on the bearing bracket end with No. 30 engine oil
5. The remaining transmission parts should be filled with gear oil or No. 24 cylinder oil into the drum body, with a filling amount of 20 kilograms. The oil volume of the motor rotor bearing should not exceed two-thirds of the bearing chamber volume.
6. When refueling, it is necessary to carefully remove dust and dirt from the oil hole to prevent it from entering the interior of the component with oil. After refueling, the oil plug should be tightened.
New or overhauled double drum hoist winch must have their lubricating oil replaced after 8-10 days of operation to remove metal particles and debris that have been worn off during the transmission process and prevent further wear of the parts.
Under normal circumstances, the oil should be replaced every three months. The temperature of the lubricating oil during operation shall not exceed 80 ℃
